To produce and improve students’ leadership and management quality.
To plan and manage the general facilities so as to create a conducive environment for students’ learning and personal development.
To remodel students into vibrant, intelligent, agile and competitive individuals who always aim for excellence.
To create students who understand their rights and privileges as well as aware of their responsibilities towards themselves, religion, race and country.
To instill a sense of love, belonging and gratitude to UUM through active participation in the UUM Alumni.
To uphold and respect the aspirations and ambitions of the State.
