  • monitoring of food and non-food business premises
  • coordinating and managing operations of businesses without premises
  • coordinating maintenance work for business premises
  • review of business premises rental matters
  • coordinating and managing catering operations for university events or programs
  1. MANAGEMENT OF GUEST HOUSE/ROOM UNIT
  • managing administration and operations of accommodation (guest houses and guest rooms)
  • coordinating the management of the principal’s and assistant principal’s houses at inasis
  • coordinating maintenance work for guest houses
  • managing financial matters (guest house rental payments/guest house bookings/guest accommodation invoices)
  • coordinating promotional and publicity work for guest houses/guest rooms
  1. STAFF HOUSING UNIT
  • coordinating the staff housing application process
  • coordinating the staff transfer process from university housing
  • managing property damage reports for the needs of jpp and uum cooperative, including repairs and maintenance of public, electrical, and landscape damages
