NOTICE FOR ON-CAMPUS ACCOMMODATION APPLICATION PROCESS
SEMESTER A211 – PHASE 2
(ALL UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS - NEW INTAKE & RETURNING STUDENTS)
Students who intend to return to campus and have not applied during the first phase, are required to apply for on-campus accommodation.
- To apply, go to student portal:
- Application period:
8.00am on 15 October 2021 until 5.00pm on 17 October 2021
- The on-campus accommodation application process will be implemented as follow:
Terms & Conditions:
- Students who DO NOT/FAIL to register for accommodation within the given period are considered not interested in returning to campus.
- Accommodation fee for Semester A211 will be charged into student’s account (portal) once students registered for accommodation.
- Accommodation fees will not be refunded if a student does NOT come to campus physically.
- Students MUST pay the accommodation fee that has been charged into the student’s account before students are allowed to check-in. A payment receipt is required. (NOT APPLICABLE TO NEW INTAKE STUDENT)
Methods of Payment:
- Online payment – go to UUM e-com : Online Payment Portal
- Cash/Debit/Credit at Jabatan Bendahari
(RM20 additional charge will be imposed for cash payment)
- The check-in process is subject to the procedures/SOPs set by the University Management, and changes from time to time.
- Any queries regarding student accommodation for Semester A211, please contact Student Accommodation Centre (SAC).
