Student Accommodation Centre (SAC), Universiti Utara Malaysia provides accommodation rental house & rooms. In addition, the SAC also offers hotel accommodation facilities for those who want comfort and close to the business such as C-Mart and various business organizations. Not only that, it is also strategically located near the Duty Free Complex at Bukit Kayu Hitam and Padang Besar for shopping activities. UUM area has also been developed as a tourist attraction for the area of the North such as picnic facilities, golf courses, go-kart circuit, shooting range shooting and archery, deer park and equestrian. The public and the tourists can visit and use of the facilities available in it.
